MSU Tawi-Tawi COVID-19 TF starts last distribution of student food packs

The MSU TCTO Task Force COVID-19 distributed today the last batch of food packs to the students in dormitories and in the nearby home-barangays. Students happily received their food packs along with their #GoodiesOfJoy candies.
The Chancellor extended also her message to the students, reminding them to be positive and strong amidst the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Together, we will beat the virus. Together, with God's grace and mercy, we face the future with renewed confidence and hope. In Shaa Allah," said in her message given to the students through personalized cards.
She also shared her insights in welcoming the holy month of Ramadhan despite the restrictions of the quarantine.
"The ascetic self-denial and self-sacrifice of the fasting, exacerbated by the present crisis, is part of our journey towards spriritual renewal and purification," she said.
The MSU TCTO Task Force COVID-19 has given food packs to the students in the last five weeks, averaging a thousand food packs every week.
