To prepare and support graduating students in taking a career of their chosen fields, the Alumni and Career Center, in partnership with Gender and Development Center, and in collaboration with the six colleges of the University, spearheaded the Job Fair 2023 with the theme: Pagpaintul ma Kaanakan ma Pagsambu Kawman last June 23.
Held at the University's Datu Amirbahar Convention Center, around a hundred graduating students joined the job fair with the following participating agencies and schools in Bongao, Tawi-Tawi:

During the job fair, 23 graduating students and alumni were hired on the spot.
The conduct of a Job Fair facilitates employment strategy aimed to fast track the meeting of jobseekers and employers in one venue at a specific date to reduce cost, time and effort on the part of the applicants. Said activity aims to provide MSU-TCTO graduating students, alumni, and prospective employers the chance to meet, establish professional relationship, and discuss potential job and/or internship opportunities.
The ACC looks forward to more collaborative activities and programs that will help and prepare the future alumni of the University as they enter the mainstream workforce.
