Assoc. Prof. Jeffrey Rajik Joins U.S. Academic Exchange Program on Online Learning and Cultural Exchange
Assoc. Prof. Jeffrey Rajik, PhD, Chairperson of the Department of Languages, is set to participate in a prestigious two-week academic exchange program focused on Virtual Educator Program Impact: Sharing Best Practices for Online Learning and Cultural Exchange.
The program, running from June 22 to July 5, 2025, will be hosted by Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., a globally recognized institution known for its leadership in international education and digital learning initiatives. This exchange will provide Assoc. Prof. Rajik with opportunities to collaborate with educators from various backgrounds, exploring innovative strategies for virtual teaching and cultural exchange.
After wrapping up activities in Washington, D.C., he will travel to San Antonio, Texas, where he will take part in a week-long program tied to the 2025 International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference—one of the most significant global events on educational technology and digital learning. The conference will allow him to engage with cutting-edge discussions on digital education, interactive learning technologies, and emerging trends in online pedagogy.
Funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Office of English Language Programs (OELP) under the English Access Scholarship Program, Assoc. Prof. Rajik’s participation in this exchange is expected to enhance his expertise and contribute to the advancement of more effective virtual teaching strategies and cross-cultural education initiatives.
