MSU-TCTO Hosts Mass Oath-Taking Ceremony and Celebrates Faculty Promotions
To usher in the new semester and introduce new academic leadership, a Mass Oath-Taking Ceremony for Department Chairpersons, College Secretaries, Assistant Principals, and Guidance Counselors of the Integrated Laboratory School was held on January 24 at the Maas Kamlon Hall. Additionally, some designated and redesignated University officials also took their oath, making it a significant event for the institution.
During the ceremony, some promoted and newly regularized faculty members took their respective oath before the Chancellor, marking an important milestone in their professional journey.

Engr. Jul-Habir Kali - (Institute of Information and Communications Technology)

Altan Ishmael - (Integrated Laboratory School)
Carlos Pening - (Integrated Laboratory School)
In his message, Engr. Jul-Habir U. Kali, one of the newly regularized faculty members, expressed gratitude to the University, stating:
"This moment marks a significant milestone in my journey, and I am filled with gratitude and excitement."
He also shared his love for teaching and his commitment to making a positive impact on his students:
"I believe that education is a powerful tool for change. It has the potential to transform lives and communities. My vision as an instructor is to foster a love for learning, to encourage critical thinking, and to nurture the unique talents of each student. Together, we can create a brighter future."
Director Jaida Alsharif, CPA, the redesignated Director of the Budget Management Office, also conveyed her appreciation to the University:
"Alhamdulillah, I am deeply grateful for the gift of life and for the opportunity to serve and extend my help to the MSUans and all of its stakeholders. Every day, I am reminded of how blessed I am to be in a position where I can make a difference, and I am committed to giving my best in this endeavor."
She also reflected on the responsibilities of her role:
"Becoming a Budget Director has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding roles I’ve taken on. The responsibility is immense. Every decision I make has an impact on the institution, from how funds are allocated to the prioritization of projects that will affect the students, staff, and the community as a whole. It’s a balancing act, constantly juggling the needs of various departments, dealing with limitations, and finding creative solutions to meet everyone’s requirements."
The Mass Oath-Taking Ceremony not only marked the beginning of a new semester but also symbolized the University's commitment to fostering leadership and excellence within its academic community.
As the University moves forward, the collective efforts of these leaders and educators will undoubtedly pave the way for a brighter and more prosperous future for all its stakeholders.
