Dr. Rosalie Arcala-Hall, Executive Director of UP CIDS, served as the main Resource Person together with Ms. Honeylet Alerta.
Representing MSU TCTO were Ms. Madzween Joy De Asis-Omar, Director of IPDM, and Asst. Prof. Calvin J. Caliat, Chairperson of the Department of Management of the College of Arts and Sciences.
As a new member of the MinSuPala-IRDC consortium, MSU TCTO embraces this opportunity to contribute to research-to-policy work and cross-disciplinary collaboration toward sustainable development and good governance in the MinSuPala region.
