In accordance with the BOR Resolution No. 81, series of 2024, creating the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, we are honored to introduce Assoc. Prof. Alcyn R. Bakkang as the newly designated Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs through Special Order No. 949-OP, series of 2024. Assoc. Prof. Bakkang, a faculty member of the College of Education, carries his experience into this role. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from MSU-TCTO in 1998 and later pursued a Master of Education with a focus on Assessment, Measurement, and Evaluation at the University of Western Australia in 2010.The University looks forward to his leadership in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our studentsโ personal and academic growth.
