SENI-SKWELA is heading to Tawi-Tawi! MSU-TCTO, in collaboration with the Malaysia Embassy and Artdialogo, is thrilled to host "Seni-Skwela" on November 17-18, 2024. This creative Philippine-Malaysian cross-cultural empowerment program is designed for the youth and art educators, fostering artistic collaboration and cultural exchange.
