The 3rd Justice Bidin Lectures will take place on March 20, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Maas Kamlon Hall. This event highlights crucial legal discussions on women's rights and protection.
This semester’s lectures feature: ✅ Atty. Arif T. Bara – "Promoting Respect and Safety: Highlights of the Safe Spaces Act" ✅ Atty. Jamairah A. Nagamora – "Protecting Minor Girls: Key Insights into the Anti-Child Marriage Law" ✅ Atty. Junaid G. Cader – "Legal Remedies and Protection for Women: Confronting Violence through the Law"
The Justice Bidin Lectures, an initiative of the College of Law, is dedicated to promoting awareness of key legal and policy issues. Named after the first Muslim Supreme Court Associate Justice from Sibutu, Abdulwahid Bidin, this series is made possible through the support of the Bangsamoro Attorney General's Office (BAGO) and Rex Education – Zamboanga.
